Business Process Analyst

The Role
This role is part of an initiative to implement best practice client engagement resource management across global and key clients and requires an experienced senior individual with extensive sector experience. It is an exciting and challenging role in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and driven environment that would suit a high energy individual with the vision to drive Elan forward using a combination of sales excellence and leading edge strategy and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities will revolve around solution design and delivery, which requires liaising with the clients' key stakeholders on a regular basis to review service delivery processes and operational issues, consulting with new and existing clients to formulate and design solutions/products in the described service areas, undertaking regular compliance reviews of the delivery processes and protocols, highlighting deviations and making recommendations for improvements and implementation; driving forward best practice in order to maximise growth through efficiency, facilitating excellent communication channels between the clients and Elan, designing bespoke delivery plan that the solution can be delivered and analyse the impact of any new solution against employment legislation.
Person Specification the ideal candidate must be educated to degree level, a professional qualification is desirable but not essential, but you must have experience of working within a managed service for a global client as well as several years' industry experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes The ideal candidate will have strong business processes knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills, initiative, good commercial acumen, strong business partnering mentality, keen technical expertise, good project management experience ideally with Prince 2 or Six Sigma knowledge, extensive recruitment /outsourcing experience ideally within the IT market, strong commercial focus, proven track record in analysing business processes and developing strategic solutions, excellent influential, motivational/leadership skills, demonstrable in-depth understanding of pricing and finance models in order to structure profitable client solutions, strong people skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels in the organisation, advance presentation skills, innovative, creative and the ability to articulate compelling large outsourcing deals to key clients.
